Winter Term-Autism Internventionist Internship
Learn how to support and teach individuals with autism spectrum disorder learn pivotal skills through a Winter Term internship at the Counseling Service of Addison County.
We are looking for college students and recent grads to work with children 2-21 with ASD in a home and community-based program.
All interns receive 40+ hours of training on autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and evidence-based practices for supporting skill development.
You will be supervised by master’s level clinicians and board certified behavior analysts.
This is an excellent position for those interested in the fields of education, psychology and health-related services.
Internships for college credit can lead to paid positions with work schedules that can be tailored to the Interventionists availability (6-20+ hours weekly). Full-time summer hours are a possibility.
As a BI, you will support skill-development in the community or at CSAC’s Early Intervention Playspace
Room for growth and career advancement within CSAC’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services programs.
