Medumo is a YCombinator-backed digital health startup in Boston working with Mass General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s and other renowned institutions to radically improve the way patients receive instructions. Founded by doctors, designers, and entrepreneurs from Harvard Medical School, Harvard Business School, and Brown University, Medumo is slated to serve 250,000 patients across 50 hospitals in 2018, including every major hospital in Boston.

About You

Are you interested in designing and deploying digital products that engage and support patients undergoing surgery? About this Role

•   Work with hospitals to gather product requirements, analyze workflows, and identify outcomes that can be achieved with Medumo

•   Work with Medumo’s Implementation Director to design patient engagement products using Medumo’s Patient Navigation Platform

•   Develop and test content and messaging that will be used by thousands of patients

•   Work with Medumo engineers and account managers to test products before they are deployed  

•   Gather product feedback from doctors, nurses, schedulers and administrators and analyze product performance using both qualitative and quantitative data

•   Design and implement product optimizations
