Summer Staff Counselor

We hire 85 Seasonal Summer Staff each year. They fall into four primary categories: 1) Cabin Counselors, 2) Program Counselors (i.e. Woodshop, Archery, Lifeguard, Equestrian, Climbing Tower, etc.), 3) Hero's Journey Counselors (wilderness-based program for 16-year-olds), and 4) Staff Nurses.

All of our positions require candidates that have good interpersonal, leaderships, and time management skills and that have good attention to detail and work well in a team setting. Our staff have a ton of fun and change the lives of some inspirational young people. Please see our website for more information about our organization and programming.
