US Associate, Loan Syndications


Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Debt Optimization & Distribution (“DOD”) Group - Americas is seeking a recent graduate that has experience in the Financial Industry. This US Associate position will provide support to all Loan Syndications team members and management in the Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, able to work under pressure and have an understanding of banking and capital markets.

The U.S. Associate position will be available for a maximum of 2 years. The goal of the U.S. Associate program is to develop the ideal candidate into a potential full-time position at the end of the two years.

 

Job Overview:

Assist DOD team members and management in the day-to-day operations of the department. Prepare presentation materials including marketing information and internal reporting documents as well as the maintenance and updating of various data bases utilizing financial analysis skills.

 

 

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials including pitch books, information memorandum and lender’s presentation materials

  • Maintenance of databases and market comparables

  • Prepare financial analysis on companies including ratio analysis, comparables and projections

  • Preparation of internal reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly newsletters


 

 

 

Qualifications:

 


  • Recent college graduate in Finance or related field

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task

  • Strong computer skills including use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Bloomberg

  • Familiarity with banking and capital markets a plus

  • Some accounting/finance/economics coursework
