Technical Support of US Biopharmaceutical

1. Assist sales team with achieving revenue goals, including providing technical answers and customized
solutions, drawing up draft quotation and PO, etc. follow up and smoothly promote the signing progress
of each project. Solve problems in before-sales service by communicating with other involved departments.
2. May need to attend industry conferences or travel with sales to provide scientific support or presentations
occasionally.
3. Manage sale training program containing basic technology and products information, draw up and update
training material timely.
4. Collect intelligence on the services, products, price, etc. Summary and report market information termly.
5. Draw up and revise termly technical support SOP and in charge of related document management.
