Bridge Care Coordinator - Developmental Services - Springfield, VT
Full time 37.50 hours/week position is available in Windsor County. Knowledge of special education laws and practices, knowledge of ACT 264/Coordinated Service Plan procedures, and an ability to facilitate these meetings. Seeking a candidate with a knowledge of school systems, ability to inform parents of child’s rights in education and support them with advocacy, resourcefulness, patience, strong written and verbal communication, and a natural ability to work as part of a larger team. Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience preferred.
