In a Sales role at HPE, you’ll play a part in building the future – one big idea at a time. You’ll be selling HPE-Nimble storage renewal services, both directly and indirectly. Working at HPE, you’ll have the resources to develop your talent and creativity. Are you ready to unleash your potential?

Responsibilities:
* Manages virtually (by phone, electronically) a set of assigned accounts
* Builds, maintains and forecasts sales pipeline, creates and develops account plans
* Works closely with HPE outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move HPE-Nimble storage renewal opportunities to closure
* Sells moderately complex renewals for a portion or set of assigned accounts based on defined account strategies and plans
* Generates, qualifies and reviews renewal configurations to drive sales opportunities to closure; may work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction
* Participates and has opportunity to lead in system, process and reporting improvements supporting WW renewal team

Education and Experience Required:
* Pursuing Bachelor Degree
* Minimum of two to three years completed in degree program

Knowledge and Skills:
* Communication. Communicates well both verbally and in writing, collaboratively distribute information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
* Creativity/Innovation. Generates new ideas, tests the status quo, takes risks, supports change, encourages innovation, solves problems creatively.
* Customer Service. Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems amiably and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, maintains congenial and professional image.
* Job Knowledge. Comprehends duties and obligations, has necessary job knowledge, has necessary technical skills, and keeps job knowledge current.
* Problem Solving/Evaluation. Breaks down problems into smaller components, discerns underlying issues, and can simplify and process complex issues.
* Quality. Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
* Technical Skills. MS Office Suite proficiency, Salesforce and SAP knowledge a plus
