Candidate Onboarding Specialist (Immediate start)

We’ve built powerful machine learning capabilities, and our matching algorithm is becoming more intelligent with each passing day. Our Candidate Experience team owns the supply-side of the marketplace and ensures that every candidate has a great experience. As a Candidate Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be responsible for making sure every candidate is set up for success to find a job they’ll love.
Key responsibilities and expectations:
- Build exceptional candidate profiles to increase candidates’ visibility with companies on our platform
- Review and update completed candidate profiles to ensure a uniform viewing experience for clients
- Be diligent and extremely organized! Own various operational tasks to enhance the entire candidate experience
- Support the Candidate Experience Specialist workflow and streamline candidate processes
- Collaborate and partner with Candidate Experience Specialists and our Sales Team on various workflow processes.
- Provide consistent and effective communication to appropriate stakeholders regarding candidate status and onboarding process
Candidate Qualifications:
- Self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
- Strong prioritization skills, has the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and requests at one time
- Excellent communication skills, including strong grammatical and writing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail
- Long term interest in Sales and Customer Success
- Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and the startup landscape
- Bachelor’s degree
