Marketing Associate (Immediate start)

We’ve built powerful machine learning capabilities, and our matching algorithm is becoming more intelligent with each passing day. With an eye on the future, we’re expanding our reach across major cities in the US, and around the globe.
The Marketing Team identifies and engages companies and job-seekers to join Vettery, driving revenue to sustain our vision of a more transparent and rewarding hiring process. As a Marketing Associate at Vettery, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategies that drive client acquisition, helping to build and expand our marketplace.
Key responsibilities and expectations:
- Build and execute marketing campaigns for client acquisition utilizing marketing automation tools
- Think creatively to develop independent campaigns that aim to improve on existing processes
- Keep track of multiple outbound processes at the same time and manage responses to outbound communication
- Learn about the needs of prospective Vettery clients and anticipate how we can be helpful to them
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales team to track and optimize user experience
- Meet and exceed core KPIs: users onboarded, ability to create a campaign end to end, success of campaigns executed
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for marketing and interest in Vettery’s mission
- Enthusiasm about entrepreneurship and the tech landscape
- Has a growth mindset, learns quickly and is very curious
- Excellent communication skills, including strong grammar and writing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative problem solving abilities
- Thrives on challenges and driven to exceed goals in a highly demanding environment
