About John Bowllan ’19:
Since graduating from Middlebury, John has worked at the intersection of Data Science and Software Engineering, now leading a Data Science team at WHOOP. He currently focuses on researching and deploying algorithms that surface personalized impacts of behaviors (e.g. alcohol consumption) on physiological metrics (e.g. heart rate variability). John started his career as a Data Scientist at Faraday, a start-up in Burlington, where he enjoyed prototyping and deploying new predictive models to production.
