I learned so much about pneumatics and programming with LabView and how it communicates with Arduino.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started sooner. I wanted to stay longer than I did but I had to quit to get ready to go back to school. But I had a great time working at the Biomechanics Lab especially with putting together a pneumatics system that is controlled by a program written in Labview. My biggest regret is that I wasn’t able to help complete the cool project we were working on because I had to quit the job already.
Advice
Go out there and get out of your comfort zone! It seems scary at first to experience real life outside of school but you’ll get used to it. Also, most of the things you’ll be doing at your job/internship will be taught along the way so don’t worry if you know nothing yet.
